We will happily exchange in the form of an I Ran The Wrong Way gift voucher only.

However please contact us first via email online@iranthewrongway.com or telephone +61(2) 9698 0698.

Any product received without prior notice will not be processed.

Please allow up to 30 days for exchanges to be processed upon receipt of goods to I Ran The Wrong Way Pty Ltd.

Proof of Return

If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

1. Unused, unopened and in original condition

2. Undamaged (apart from where damage in initial transit is reason for return)

3. Returned within 7 days of delivery (within Australia) and 14 days of delivery for international orders. If outside of these dates we may refuse the return.

4. In a saleable condition on return

Return of gift

In the event of a return by your or a recipient of a gift, we will happily provide a gift voucher to the cost of the returned item. You will pay the delivery costs of the return of the item. We will not refund the cost of the initial delivery or wrapping but will post the gift voucher free of charge.

Return of a gift paid for by a gift voucher

For any gifts returned which were purchased with a gift voucher, the amount (full or partial) will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher.

You will incur the cost of the delivery to return the item and we will incur the cost of posting to you the gift voucher.

Goods damaged or faulty on delivery

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 7 days of receipt (in Australia) and 14 days for international orders.

If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient’s responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty and care of use instructions as stated on the product/and or warranty card/instructions as specified by the manufacturer.

In the event that you do receive a defective or damaged product we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you prefer a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item once we receive the return, at our cost. All returns will be subject to availability.

If the item is found to be non-defective by the manufacturer, you will be charged the delivery costs of returning the item to I Ran The Wrong Way Pty Ltd.
