DELIVERY COSTS

Metropolitan areas: $9.95 flat fee

Exceptions:

1. No delivery is charged when Gift Vouchers or gift cards are ordered on their own.

2. For bulky items such as the cookware, there may be a higher postage cost – we will quote you on the cost prior to finalising the sale to ensure you are happy to proceed.

Regional areas:

1. Deliveries to regional areas may incur a slightly higher postage rate than the flat fee. We will contact you with this cost prior to finalising the sale to ensure you are happy to proceed.

International:

1. We are happy to ship around the globe and have standardised our postage price to cover all items in store except for the Colombian cookware that will need to be calculated at time of order. We will contact you should we require you to pay an additional postage fee.

2. If you have a Fedex or UPS account, we are happy to arrange for your parcel’s collection if you provide your account number.

3. We are not responsible for import duties that may be applied to goods received at international destinations.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to ship within 24 – 72 hours of the time of the order being placed except where a product is out of stock which may mean a slight delay in despatch. We will advise you if this is the case prior to completion of the transaction.

From time of order, we estimate the following delivery times in Australia:

5-8 days: Metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra

7-14 days: Western Australia, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States.

If you require an urgent delivery please contact us before you proceed with your order via email online@iranthewrongway.com or by telephone on +61 2 9698 0698. We are happy to use Express Post which this will carry an extra fee of $6. Please note that with Express Post there is no ability to trace the delivery back directly to you so by requesting this service you acknowledge the liability clause below.

DELIVERY TERMS

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. If you have not received this email it may mean that your order was not confirmed. Please contact us immediately to check the status of your order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering so please double check before finalizing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

All orders above $150 in value are sent with Registered Post. This requires that a signature be given at delivery and hence be traced. If no-one is present to receive the goods, a card will be left with pick up instructions. Your parcel will be held at the closest post office for 10 days until it will be returned to sender.

This may sound painful but it is the most foolproof way to ensure you receive your goods. Peace of mind for the both of us.

However please note the following:

If an order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, is incorrect or damaged, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible so we can lodge an enquiry. We cannot guarantee delivery times but will happily track its status for you.

We respectfully ask that you give us at least 2 days to make enquiries before coming back to you with a cause of action. If an item has been lost in transit, is damaged or incorrect we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion based on our enquiries.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your order being lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery.

International

International airmail orders are only traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of such orders is reliant on overseas postal services. As such we cannot be held responsible for items lost by international postal providers but will assist as much as possible in trying to trace its whereabouts. Insurance can be provided for an extra cost, please contact us for a quote.
